We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Return

To start a return, email us at Lumafyesupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions within 1-2 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video. We will send a replacement at no charge — no return needed.

Wrong Item Received

If we sent the wrong item, contact us and we'll ship the correct item right away. No return of the wrong item is required.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
