Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 8–18 business days within the U.S. (5–9 business days for expedited shipping), and 10–22 business days for select international destinations. See our Shipping Policy for full details by destination.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $70. Orders under that amount have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to begin updating after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European destinations. See our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times by country.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, we'll send a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required. Email Lumafyesupport@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email Lumafyesupport@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

How long do refunds take?
Once we approve your refund, it typically appears on your original payment method within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

Are your supplements safe to take?
Every Lumafye supplement is third-party tested for purity and potency and manufactured in a cGMP-certified, FDA-registered U.S. facility, with no unnecessary fillers. As with any supplement, check the suggested use on the product page, and talk to your doctor first if you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

Are they habit-forming?
No. Magnesium Glycinate, Sleep Support, and Ashwagandha with Black Pepper are all formulated to be non-habit-forming and are not sedatives — they're intended to support your body's own relaxation and stress-response processes, not override them.

When should I take each product?
